This Privacy Policy applies to the Mobdeen mobile application, operated by Aroom Marketing Services LLC, the official developer listed on Google Play.

1. Account Registration
To use the Mobdeen app, users are required to create an account by providing the following information:

6. Children's Use
• The "Mobdeen" app is not directed for direct use by children, and requires that each account be supervised by a responsible adult (mentor)
• Creating accounts by children without direct supervision is not allowed
• If we discover direct use by a child without supervision, we have the right to immediately cancel the account without notice
7. AI Features
Mobdeen uses artificial intelligence (AI) powered by OpenAI to enhance your experience with smart features like personalized suggestions and in-app chat assistance.
How AI works in our app:
• When you use AI-powered features, your inputs (such as chat messages and limited context like tasks or child-related information you've entered) may be sent to OpenAI (a third-party AI service provider) to generate helpful responses.
• This data is used only to provide you with relevant and useful AI-generated responses in real-time.
• Your data is NOT used to train AI models. OpenAI processes your requests solely to generate responses and does not retain your data for model training purposes.
We take your privacy seriously and only share the minimum information needed to provide AI functionality. You can choose not to use AI features if you prefer.
8. Third-Party Services
We may use trusted external services for some current or future features such as:
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (for sending notifications)
• Stripe (for completing payment transactions)
• Google Analytics (for aggregate usage analysis – without personal data)
• OpenAI or AI services (for data analysis or responses within the app)
• Google Play Billing (for processing in-app purchases and subscriptions on Android)
• Apple In-App Purchases (for processing in-app purchases and subscriptions on iOS, when available)
All processing through these services is done under strict controls, and no personal content is shared with these parties except indirectly for the purpose of performing required functions only.
These parties are bound by their own privacy policies, and the user implicitly agrees to the use of these services when using the app.
9. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to any third parties. We may share limited data with the following service providers solely for operational purposes:
• Firebase (for app functionality and notifications)

13. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The Mobdeen app may offer in-app purchases and subscription plans to access premium features.
Payment Processing:
• On Android devices, purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Google processes payment information according to its own Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
• On iOS devices (when available), purchases and subscriptions will be processed through Apple In-App Purchases. Apple handles payment data according to its own Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
Important Notice:
• Subscription and payment features may be enabled or disabled at any time based on availability.
• Currently, some subscription features may be inactive or limited. We will notify users when these features become fully available.
